Location: Remote, occasional travel to Denmark office
What You’ll Do:

Drive continual improvement of category vision, strategies, and objectives to deliver against boarder business objectives.

Execute individual strategic projects and provide high-level project management of sourcing roadmap strategy and execution of sourcing and procurement activities across assigned category team’s projects.

Identify and evaluate suppliers by sourcing reliable vendors to meet organizational needs.

Negotiate collection and item level costs and establish mutually beneficial agreements with suppliers.

Analyze and improve procurement processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall operations.
-
Stay informed on market trends, industry best practices, and supplier performance.

Collaborate with internal departments to understand needs and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Ensure that procured materials and services meet company standards, budget requirements, vendor certifications and QA qualifications.

Monitor supplier performance, including quality, on-time delivery, and overall compliance.

Develop and track appropriate Procurement KPI’s in conjunction with management.

Uphold procurement policies, legal compliance, and ethical sourcing standards across the organization.

Manage a direct report, the Sourcing and Procurement Analyst with additional reports possible as team expands

Who You Are:

Bachelor’s degree.
-
Minimum 10+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing and/or Procurement.

Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making techniques with a strong understanding of contracting and negotiating principles.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with critical deadlines and deliverables.

Computer literacy with a proficiency in computer-based analytical and communication tools (Excel & PowerPoint).
-
Quick learner with interest in understanding and applying supplier best practices.

Excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills.
-
Innovative, self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision along with strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
