Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Senior Product Development Manager to lead the design, development, and launch of innovative products and AI based solutions that can complement existing core services and unlock new revenue streams.

The ideal candidate should have a clear understanding of the telecom industry, systems architecture, Network automation and an applied experience with API monetization and AI productization.

This role is pivotal in driving our company’s digital transformation, delivering differentiated offerings to our B2B customers, and creating new revenue streams.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Product Innovation & Strategy

• Identify evaluate, and conceptualize new AI product opportunities and how those can complement and integrate with existing core Voice and Data Mobile services.
• Unlock new streams by productizing on existing and new APIs for differential product offerings.
• Define the product roadmap in alignment with company strategy, market needs, and customer expectations.
• Drive idea-to-market lifecycle management: concept, design, business case, development, testing, launch, and scaling.
• Develop/own the business use cases and detailed business requirements document covering customer journeys in full alignment with customer experience guidelines.
• Guide on high level concept feasibility/architecture as a grooming phase prior to sharing concepts with IT.
• Maintain knowledge of current and emerging trends in the industry, including all advancements that might be incorporated as new features/capabilities.
  
  

Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, designers, project managers) to deliver successful products on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (technology, marketing, sales, operations, finance) and external partners (vendors, partners and suppliers).
• Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and customer-centricity within the product development unit.
  
  

Execution & Delivery

• Ensure delivery of high-quality products that meet KPIs such as time to market, revenue growth, adoption and NPS.
• Oversee product launch plans, including GTM strategy, GTM checklist, and post-launch enhancements while ensuring compliance to processes and guidelines.
• Apply Agile methodologies and best practices to product development processes.
• Managing process and documentation jointly with IT for RFP/RFI/RFQ and deciding on vendor/partner selection.
  
  

Customer analytics and reporting

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to anticipate industry trends.
• Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Leverage data analytics and AI-driven insights to optimize product performance.
• Compiling regular data analysis activities using different tools such as excel, power BI, Tableau, SQL or similar for monitoring product performance.
• Monitor and report launch performance metrics and provide insights into bottlenecks and corrective actions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
• Experience:
• 8 to 10 years of experience in product management, product development as either a product architect, solution architect, product owner/manager and preferably in telecom, technology, or similar industries
• Experience managing cross functional teams
• Practical Experience in the following fields/Domains is a MUST either as product architect product owner or technical expert: ▪ AI/Data (ML, LLM, CVM, RPA) to be able to architect and develop AI/Data based products like CVM as a Service, RPA as A Service and other similar AI based or related offerings.
• API monetization
• Core voice and Data mobile solutions
• Experience with 5G, IOT and M2M services is preferred.
• Applied experience in preparing powerful
