Sr Manger, Benefits - APAC

What success looks like in this role:

• Participates in the design, management and implementation of compensation and benefits plans, including executive plans, across all associate groups and locations.
• Leads projects that have strategic, financial and global impact.
• Monitors and evaluates effectiveness of the company’s compensation and benefits programs, including short- and long-term incentives, health and wellbeing, life and disability insurances, flexible spending, retirement and other offerings.
• Contributes to the design of short- and long-term incentives for quota carrying roles, ensuring appropriate:

o Performance measures,
o Quotas / weights, and
o Mechanisms to operationalize the plan and drive desired behaviors.

• Monitors global compensation and benefits practices and ensures the company’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Recommends changes to existing programs by studying evolving company requirements, associate needs, industry trends and emerging practices.
• Ensures the integration of compensation and benefits and related services with overall Human Resources strategies and programs.
• Ensures the company is receiving premium service from designated external service providers.
• Works with Finance & Accounting to understand the impact of plan changes on the company’s fringe rates.
• Works closely with external service providers to ensure their understanding of program objectives, performance requirements, timelines and expectations.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 8+ years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Master’s degree preferred
