The Sr. Marketing Event Systems Analyst will support across a variety of event and webinar management platforms utilization, maintenance, and enhancements. The Sr. Marketing Event Systems Analyst is a technology subject matter expert and administrator of various marketing platforms defining, developing, and managing the technology and capabilities to the technology roadmap, platform enhancements, processes, and user trainings to drive best practice usage and meet business objectives.
Responsibilities:
  • You are passionate about technology who can dive into the details, creative in coming up with new solutions and able to execute on delivering on those solutions.
  • You have a good understanding of multiple technologies in the event and webinar management space (i.e. Cvent, ON24, Lead Liaison, etc).
  • Understand the end-to-end functional capability across the technologies (i.e. Cvent, ON24, Lead Liaison, etc).
  • Manage onboarding of new users across multiple marketing platforms (i.e. webinar, event management, and lead capture tools)
  • Applies knowledge and understanding of technology to provide solutions in creative and effective ways.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end marketing processes including campaign creation, lead generation, lead scoring, and qualification.
  • Leads cross functional meetings with regional field teams to understand business objectives and opportunities within the technology.
  • Aligns with leadership on the technology vision and ties back to the technology roadmap.
  • You are organized, collaborative, and structured approach to managing project ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies across global systems and teams.
  • Manage marketing project enhancements, upgrades or new implementations in partnership with GIS. Product owner manages all of the functional components of projects: collaborating with the business to understand requirements, articulate business requirement to GIS partner for enhancement request, and deliver documentation and training strategy to users.
  • Document and maintain marketing technology processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, have the ability to manage multiple project timelines and expectations.
  • Build positive relationships with business partners, development partners and peers on other multi-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales, Service, GIS and Field Marketing.
Requirements
  • 3-4+ years Cvent administration experience.
  • 3-4+ years ON24 administration experience.
  • 3-4+ years Event lead management systems experience.
  • 2-4+ years Salesforce experience.
  • Able to work with accuracy and attention to detail required.
  • Proactive, creative person with analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to adapt to changes and be open to new ideas.
  • Uses evaluation, judgment, and interpretation to select best course of action.
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and know when to seek guidance.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where strategies or campaigns can quickly shift as business needs warrant.
  • Bachelors Degree
The estimated base salary range for the Sr. Marketing Event Systems Analyst role based in the United States of America is: $88,200 - $132,400. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
