JOB DESCRIPTION – TECHNICAL SALES & MARKETING (AEROSPACE FASTENERS)
We are seeking a dynamic and technically strong Technical Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth in aerospace, aviation, defense, and engineering sectors. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end technical sales—from customer visits and RFQ generation to quotation submission, order conversion, dispatch follow-up, and payment collection. This role requires continuous field visits to DRDO labs, public sector units, and OEMs, along with strong relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct regular field visits to DRDO labs, defense establishments, PSUs, and private OEMs.
· Generate RFQs, interpret technical drawings/specifications, and coordinate with internal teams for quotations.
· Convert quotes into Purchase Orders through consistent follow-ups and client engagement.
· Manage the complete sales cycle—RFQ → Quotation → PO Conversion → Dispatch → Payment Follow-up.
· Execute targeted marketing campaigns, digital promotions, and customer engagement activities.
· Track industry trends (aerospace, aviation, defense, industrial machinery) and identify new business opportunities.
· Prepare marketing materials—brochures, presentations, product sheets, etc.
Qualifications
· B.Tech / BE preferred in:
o Mechanical Engineering
o Production Engineering
o Industrial Engineering
o Automobile Engineering
o Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering
o Aviation Technology
o Manufacturing Engineering
o Mechatronics or related departments
· 1–3 years of experience in technical sales of:
o Aerospace/aviation components
o Defense and military hardware
o Precision machined parts
o Industrial/heavy machinery parts
· Strong understanding of engineering drawings, aerospace material, aerospacefasteners, and manufacturing processes (preferred).
· Proficiency in MS Office, Google sheets tools, and digital marketing platforms.
· Proficient in Gmail, email drafting, professional email communication etiquette, and maintaining structured communication records.

· Excellent communication and ability to engage with scientists, officers, and senior engineers.
· Target-driven, self-motivated, and effective in negotiation.
· Strong presentation, coordination, and customer relationship skills.
· Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and business development.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
