Zayani Motors is seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand presence and support our growth across our varied business sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the marketing manager and supporting the marketing team with marketing activities.
- Coordinating the production of a wide range of marketing communications.
- Providing support for marketing events and exhibitions as required.
- Coordinating with various vendors for printing and installation/ delivery of marketing collateral such as stickers and flyers.
- Managing the websites for the company and its brands.
- Managing social media accounts and activities for the company and its brands.
- Managing digital activities and campaigns for the company and its brands.
- Updating and maintaining the marketing department's documentation and databases.
- Managing events, booking venues and ordering marketing materials.
- Inviting and monitoring members of the press for events.
- Communicating and maintaining a good relationship with members of the press to carry articles, stories and press releases.
- Making reports and presentations on recent marketing campaigns and PR activities.
- Downloading images, videos and other creative materials from brand libraries.
- Communicating and managing creative & PR agencies.
- Communicating with brand managers for their marketing needs.
- Using social media monitoring tools to measure KPIs and ROI.
- Regularly generating reports on social media.
- Handling crises and complaints on social media and responding efficiently.
- Making media plans as instructed by Line Manager.
- Writing purchase orders and following up with Accounts for various jobs.
- Conducting Test drives events for press & influencers.
- Preparing marketing plans on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis for each brand.
- Reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to the manufacturers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Marketing Executive or a similar senior marketing role.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- A strong understanding of modern marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Demonstrable experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns from conception to completion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, analytics software, and content management systems.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working within a company with a diversified portfolio of businesses is highly advantageous.
