Job Description:
Phreesia is seeking a strategic, data-driven, and hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to lead a blended marketing strategy that drives both broad demand generation and targeted account-based engagement. This role will be responsible for designing and executing high-performing digital campaigns across channels—SEO, paid media, social, and ABM—while also launching and scaling our first formal ABM program in partnership with Sales and Revenue Operations.
You will play a key role in accelerating our pipeline growth by aligning the right message, to the right account, at the right time—whether at scale or with deep personalization.
As a team leader, you will also play a key role in mentoring and developing team members to ensure their professional growth and contributions to the overall success of the Marketing team.
What You'll Do
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Build and lead Phreesia’s first formal ABM program using platforms such as 6sense and LinkedIn Ads
  • Partner with Sales, Revenue Ops, and Marketing to refine target account segments, buying committees, and outreach strategies
  • Develop and execute multi-touch ABM campaigns that align with buyer stage and account behavior
  • Monitor engagement trends across ABM accounts, share insights, and optimize campaign performance for pipeline contribution
Growth Marketing & Digital Strategy
  • Own and execute full-funnel demand generation strategy across SEO, PPC, paid social, retargeting, and lead nurture
  • Continuously optimize paid media spend, particularly in Google Ads and LinkedIn, using 6sense intent data and attribution tools
  • Develop integrated campaigns to support product launches, field events, and sales enablement
  • Partner with content, product marketing, and creative teams to build channel-specific assets and landing pages
Leadership & Performance
  • Guide cross-functional teams on marketing best practices, testing frameworks, and campaign analytics
  • Mentor junior team members (direct or dotted-line) and foster a performance-driven culture
  • Analyze performance metrics across channels and report regularly on campaign ROI, ROAS, CPO, and pipeline impact
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelors degree required
  • 6sense Admin or Next-Gen Marketer certification
  • 5–8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with deep experience in growth/digital marketing and ABM
  • 3+ years experience executing ABM campaigns using platforms like 6sense, Demandbase, or similar
  • Proven success managing paid search, paid social, SEO, and content amplification campaigns
  • Strong understanding of funnel metrics (MQL, SQL, pipeline, ROAS, CPO) and marketing attribution
  • Experience collaborating with Sales and using Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo/Pardot, and Google Analytics
  • Hands-on, curious, and highly data-driven, with the ability to manage execution and strategy simultaneously
  • Exceptional communicator who can align internal stakeholders and make complex data actionable
  • Familiarity with account scoring models and sales orchestration workflows
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior marketers
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot), digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Display Network), paid search (e.g., Google Ads)
  • Ability to travel to occasional in-person team meetings when appropriate
  • US Healthcare experience
Base pay for US is $150,000 - $160,000, depending on qualifications. In addition, Phreesia also offers equity as part of an attractive & comprehensive Total Rewards package. Phreesia is a fully remote company; however, candidates located in ET and CT regions are given priority in the hiring process
