Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer – Product Development & Simulation

Our team of skilled engineers and designers specializes in 3D modeling, mechanical design, simulation, prototyping, and manufacturing coordination — serving clients across the US, Europe, and the Middle East.

We are looking for a Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer who is passionate about creating intelligent, manufacturable, and high-performance products using SolidWorks and other modern design tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop 3D CAD models, mechanical assemblies, and enclosures in SolidWorks.
• Perform FEA and simulation analysis (stress, thermal, flow) to ensure design reliability and performance.
• Support rapid prototyping and 3D printing for functional testing and validation.
• Collaborate with electrical and product design teams for system integration.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, BOMs, and documentation.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute to product optimization.
• Ensure manufacturability through DFM principles and material selection.
• Create photorealistic renderings (KeyShot preferred) for internal and client presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 2–3 years of professional experience in mechanical/product design.
• Strong command of SolidWorks for 3D modeling and 2D drafting.
• Experience with FEA tools (ANSYS or similar).
• Familiar with 3D printing, CNC machining, and injection molding processes.
• Solid understanding of GD&T, DFM/DFA, and manufacturing standards.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
