Job Overview

Responsibility

1. System Configuration & Customization

  • Configure NetSuite modules (CRM, ERP, Finance, Inventory, HR, etc.) based on business requirements.
  • Create and manage custom fields, records, workflows, forms, dashboards, and saved searches.
  • Develop and maintain roles and permissions to enforce least-privilege access.

2. User Management & Support

  • Onboard/offboard users, assign licenses, roles, and access.
  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
  • Act as the first line of support for NetSuite issues before escalating to developers or external consultants.

3. System Maintenance & Upgrades

  • Monitor system performance and logs.
  • Test and validate NetSuite’s upgrades before they go live.
  • Maintain integrations with other systems (Salesforce, MuleSoft, Magneto, etc.).

4. Security & Compliance

  • Manage MFA and access controls.
  • Audit roles, permissions, and activity logs.

5. Reporting & Analytics

  • Build custom reports, KPIs, and dashboards for finance, business unites, and leadership teams.
  • Translate business questions into actionable saved searches or SuiteAnalytics reports.

6. Business Process Improvement

  • Assist Customer Service with the order fulfillment process
  • Maintain the EDI process with channels
  • Assist Data and Business Intelligence team on the data integration with Salesforce and in-house applications
  • Document processes, gather requirements, and make recommendations.
  • Support automation projects to reduce manual data entry and errors.


Qualification

  • 3–5 years of direct NetSuite admin or ERP admin experience.
  • Experience to serve NetSuite organization with over 150 users.
  • Work in the US (eastern time) shift
  • NetSuite expertise:

o SuiteBuilder (custom fields, records, forms)

o SuiteFlow (workflows/automation)

o SuiteAnalytics (reports, dashboards, KPIs)

o Role/permission management

  • SuiteScript knowledge (to read/troubleshoot scripts, though deeper coding is usually a developer’s job).
  • Familiarity with integrations (MuleSoft, Salesforce, Magento).
  • General IT knowledge: databases, Excel/Power Query, APIs.
  • NetSuite Certification is a plus


Compensation

Estimated Pay Range:

Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
