We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sr. Officer HR to support our Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee records, performance processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment, screening, and onboarding of employees
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
  • Coordinate training and development activities
  • Handle employee relations and address queries/grievances
  • Ensure implementation of HR policies and compliance standards
  • Assist in payroll coordination and HR reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field
  • 2–5 years of HR experience (preferably in manufacturing sector)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
