Position: Sr. Officer HR - Payroll

Location: Head Office, Clifton, Karachi

Qualification & Requirement:

  • BBA/MBA or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll management, and statutory compliance (FMCG or QSR industry is a plus).
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, Insurance, PF, EOBI, SESSI, and PESSI regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software (FlowHCM is a big plus).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.
  • Oversee employee Insurance, PF, clearances and full & final settlements in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including EOBI, SESSI, and PESSI.
  • Prepare, maintain, and submit mandatory compliance reports.-Assist with recruitment processes.
  • Generate and analyze payroll and HR data using advanced Excel functions to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with the HR team to address employee queries related to payroll and benefits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support smooth HR operations and compliance.
  • Provide training and guidance to new team members of system, SOPs and policies.
