Sr. Officer Internal Audit

Position: Sr. Officer Internal Audit
Please note: Extensive traveling is required for this role

Qualification:
- BBA/MBA/ACCA/CA/ICMA finalist or part-qualified

Experience:
- 4 to 5 years of experience in Internal Audit
- Exposure to QSR Audits is considered a plus

Main Accountabilities:
- Conduct stock counts at branches and commissaries, ensuring inventory records are accurate and variances are investigated and reported.
- Perform expiry audits, verifying that all products meet quality standards and expired stock is properly identified and disposed of as per policy.
- Assess compliance of operations with internal policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Highlight gaps and recommend practical improvements to enhance controls and minimize losses.
- Prepare audit working papers and draft concise audit reports with actionable findings.
- Collaborate with branch, operations, and supply chain teams to resolve issues identified during audits.
-Support the Internal Audit Manager in ad hoc assignments and special audits as required.

Competencies & Skills:
- Basic understanding of audit principles, with specific knowledge in QSR audits preferred.
- Strong communication, writing, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
