SR OFFSHORE SUPPORT ENGINEER

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation status to support clear visibility and timely submission of all deliverables.
  • Deliver reliable and technically sound installation analyses and drawings, ensuring readiness for offshore execution.
  • Ensure engineering deliverables comply with project specifications and client requirements, avoiding rework and approval delays.
  • Establish practical and executable installation strategies that support safe and efficient offshore operations.
  • Enhance installation procedures through continuous review and feedback, ensuring clarity and reduced operational risk.
  • Maintain alignment between offshore progress and project schedules, addressing technical challenges in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams and subcontractors to support seamless project execution.
  • Develop and guide team capability, ensuring consistent quality and performance across all engineering outputs.
  • Comply with company policies, Code of Conduct, and HSE standards, maintaining a safe and ethical working environment.

  • Address stakeholder comments effectively, ensuring timely closure and alignment with project expectations.
  • Maintain quality and consistency across all engineering deliverables, supporting overall project success.
  • Align team activities with project requirements, delivering cohesive and coordinated engineering solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate design and execution challenges proactively, preventing disruption to project progress.
  • Review third-party vessel designs and modifications as Owner’s Representative, ensuring compliance with project and operational requirements.

  • QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical engineering
    • Minimum 6 years experience required in design of offshore structures
    • Commercial awareness and cost effectiveness.
    • Good English communication skills.
    • Report writing skills.
