:Key Responsibilities:

  • Logistics Operations:
  • Oversee all aspects of logistics within the region, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to the right locations.
  • Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies and plans to meet business objectives.
  • Vendor & Franchise Developement in CHANDIGARH and surrounding Areas
  • Team Management:
  • Lead and motivate a team of logistics professionals.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively.
  • Supplier Management:
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with logistics providers (e.g., transportation companies, warehouses).
  • Ensure that logistics providers meet performance standards and quality requirements.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure that all logistics operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Budgeting and Cost Management:
  • Develop and manage the logistics budget for the region.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in logistics management, with a strong understanding of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management. (10 years experience as Manager in Logistics.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks effectively, and make sound decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify trends and patterns.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in logistics software and systems.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
