Sr. Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Contribute strategically to proposal, contract, and communication processes for existing and potential collaborations,
• Manage documentation and tracking mechanisms throughout agreement processes,
• Coordinate with relevant teams in operational processes such as ordering, procurement,
• Carry out reporting, data analysis, and process monitoring to support decision-making,
• Establish effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the continuity of collaboration processes,
• Lead or support process improvement initiatives in line with evolving business needs.

• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a related field,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role,
• Proficient in MS Office programs, particularly advanced skills in Excel,
• Strong analytical skills in reporting and data analysis,
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player,
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management abilities,
• Solution-oriented with a proactive approach to process improvement,
• Preferably proficient in English
