THE ROLE:
As part of AMD’s Talent Management & Analytics team, the Employee Survey Analyst will play a key role in shaping the employee experience and driving a culture of engagement. In this role, you will design and administer employee surveys, analyze data, and translate insights into meaningful actions that help leaders and teams thrive. You’ll partner closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders across the company, enabling them to better understand employee sentiment and create impactful programs that strengthen engagement and retention. This is a highly collaborative role in a dynamic environment, offering opportunities to expand your skills in analytics, survey design, and organizational development while making a visible impact on AMD’s people strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, administer, and manage employee surveys, including survey build, data management, and communications.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that deliver secure, efficient, and actionable insights.
Analyze survey data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of opportunity for the organization.
Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to business leaders, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with HR and other functions to support action planning and follow-up based on survey results.
Provide training and guidance to HR Business Partners and reporting audiences on survey tools and best practices.
Contribute to the development of survey methodologies and question design to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Support additional talent analytics projects across workforce planning, retention, diversity, and employee experience.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Strong analytical skills with proven experience interpreting and presenting data.
Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools or survey platforms is a plus.
Knowledge of survey methodologies and employee engagement practices.
Experience with statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, Dataiku) is a plus.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Background in HR, organizational development, or employee engagement is a plus.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred.
Advanced coursework or certifications in analytics, organizational psychology, or survey design desired.
