Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an People and Culture Specialist (Mid / Sr) at Papcorns. As a member of the People and Culture, we offer you an opportunity to make a huge impact in the lives of millions of users through our products. The role is based in Istanbul.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

4+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent management
-
Experience and knowledge in fast paced recruitment processes
-
Proven track record in Technology, Mobile, or Software Development recruitment.

Experience in implementing new HR processes, policies, or initiatives.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding/offboarding

Lead recruitment efforts for Technology, Mobile, Software Development, Marketing positions

Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals

Establish and update HR policies in line with global standards and company requirements

Support organizational growth by implementing best practices from headquarters

Contribute to company-wide HR projects that enhance employee experience and engagement.

Ensure a seamless workplace environment by overseeing office-related operations and needs

What does the recruitment process look like?
