Primary Purpose Of The Job
To safeguard and enhance the organization’s commercial interests across multiple ventures by implementing strategic asset management practices, conducting performance analysis, and advising on commercial decisions that impact profitability, compliance, and stakeholder relations.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor and report on asset commercial performance, identifying risks and non-compliance.

Develop and maintain economic models and management information systems.

Represent the organization in partner meetings and negotiations.

Evaluate and support asset enhancement initiatives and dispute resolution.

Collaborate across divisions to support contract development and strategic decision-making.
Required Experience And Skills
-
Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the energy or related industries, with exposure to one or more of these areas: operations, technical services, business development, marketing, finance, or economic analysis.

Strong understanding of commercial strategy, economic modeling, and performance analysis.

Proven experience in a large, multicultural, international organization.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, presentation, and computing skills.

Fluent in English (verbal and written).
Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Postgraduate qualifications (MSc or MBA) are an advantage.
