THE JOB:
Senior Product Managers at MGM act as the CEOs of their product domains, driving digital solutions that address the most critical customer needs and business opportunities. They bring a unique blend of engineering, design, and business expertise, paired with deep customer empathy, to craft seamless and engaging experiences across MGM’s physical and digital ecosystems. These leaders are visionaries who inspire cross-functional teams without direct authority and are passionate about transforming their products into key growth drivers for MGM. The Senior Product Manager must have hands-on experience with data objects, schemas, and end-to-end data pipelines. They will work closely with stakeholders across data engineering, analytics, digital product, direct marketing, and all MGM business units to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Lead cross-functional efforts to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact opportunities that drive customer value and business growth.
Develop data-driven business cases and align stakeholders around clear, strategic goals.
Collaborate with architecture and program teams to manage dependencies, risks, and opportunity costs, ensuring a focused, efficient roadmap.
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of complex, multi-feature data products across MGM’s ecosystem.
Continuously optimize product performance through alignment with strategy, customer needs, and operational excellence.
Ensure product quality and results by leading user testing and establishing KPIs with QA and Analytics partners.
Act as a subject matter expert, offering guidance and leadership across technical and business teams.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience building digital products at scale
Experience in Product Management, Product Development, and Requirements Analysis
Background in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or working with end-to-end data pipelines
Familiarity with SQL, database administration, and managing external vendors
Experience delivering customer-facing digital experiences
Proven ability to lead high-performing product teams and cross-functional initiatives
Strong leadership and communication skills; able to set direction and align teams around goals
Ability to drive collaboration across data, design, and engineering disciplines
Comfortable managing multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment
Deep understanding of customer experience integration and dependencies
Informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
