• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute short- and long-term business strategies aligned with company goals
• Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations (production, planning, maintenance)
• People Leadership: Oversee workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning
• Financial Management: Control manufacturing costs and improve margins
• Supply Chain & Logistics: Coordinate with procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics teams

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
