Sr Production Scheduler

As a Senior Production Scheduler here at Honeywell, you will be leading globally across the supply chain network to gather and manage information about our businesses' capacity to meet customer demand.

You will report directly to our Director of Materials Management, and you’ll work out of our Deer Valley, AZ location. You will work onsite Monday-Friday.

In this role, you will impact and improve the supply chain planning & execution process within the Aerospace Technologies business unit. You will execute the vision and goals for your Materials Planning function and manage the people and processes to achieve excellence in SIOP, supply planning, inventory & replenishment planning management, and resolution of supply chain issues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for developing and executing the monthly plan (SIOP & MPS) for our Precision Components Factory and all associated initiatives within the business to achieve on-time shipments to meet internal and external customer needs.
• Drives efficiency across the supply chain through planning and forecasting material replenishment and a supply schedule that anticipates and adapts to variable demand requirements in support of the operating plan (SIOP & MPS).
Strategizes with the broader supply chain team on all opportunities to level-load the plan to drive improvements in service, quality, inventory, on-time shipment & delivery, order fulfillment, cycle time, capacity management, and growth.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 6+ years’ experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Expert in material control systems such as MRP/SAP systems.
Experience in Materials Management, Operations, SIOP, Inventory Management, MRP MPS, Procurement Logistics, and Manufacturing.

WE VALUE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
APICS or CPIM Certification is a plus.
