About the Role:
As a CBRE Program Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for the preparation, evaluation, and presentation of advanced research results for projects overseen by the team.
This job is part of the Program Management function. They are responsible for the creation and delivery of strategic programs representing major company initiatives.

Good written and verbal communication skills. Able to present information with ease.
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Outlook, MS Project, and intranet/internet.
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Understanding of existing procedures and standards to address slightly complex problems.
Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive approach.
Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The maximum salary for the Sr. Program Analyst position is $100,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
