Job Description
We are looking for a Sr. Program Manager to oversee key initiatives and drive successful outcomes by managing cross-functional teams and project deliverables. This position will be a f ull-time contract and hybrid.
What You’ll Do
Lead and manage large-scale programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while managing scope, timelines, and budgets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure successful implementation
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on program progress, risks, and mitigation strategies
Identify and resolve program challenges, ensuring that all projects remain on track and deliverables are met
Develop and maintain program documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and performance metrics
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and team collaboration
What You'll Need
Required:
Extensive experience in program management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
Preferred:
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent
Experience in managing programs within the IT or technology sector
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time, with occasional need to move around for meetings or presentations
