Experience : Minimum 5-6 years experience in the UAE from the Fit - Out industry ( only will be shortlisted)

UAE Driving License is must

Fluency is English is mandatory.

Should be available in UAE.

Sr. Project Engineer - Fit Out Industry

• Coordinate with project manager and design team to understand the requirement and execution plan for the given site.
• Coordinate with project manager, Admin and Purchase team for manpower and material requirements.
• Ensuring proper implementation of detailed execution plan as approved by management for various completion and handover stages at site.
• Monitor each level of project execution in details to meet the requirement of pre-approved plan.
• Frequently coordinating with project manager, client and execution team for project completion stages, modifications etc.
• Ensuring quality of work and material is as per agreed contract.
• Prepare and send daily reports to the management over project status.
• Prepare and maintain daily site schedules for the approval of project manager and ensure work is done as per approved plan.
• Coordinate with suppliers and sub-contractors as and when required.
