Sr Project Executive- Interior designing- Bangalore

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Minimum 3 years of experience in residential or commercial design project execution.

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Project Executive (Sr. Site Supervisor) to oversee site operations and ensure seamless project execution. The ideal candidate will have strong site management skills, the ability to read and interpret drawings, and experience coordinating with contractors and vendors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manage end-to-end site activities and day-to-day execution.

· Take routine execution decisions to ensure smooth workflow.

· Review and interpret drawings; identify missing details and request clarifications when required.

· Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely work as per schedule.

· Regularly update the Site Snap (image capturing app) in line with compliance requirements.

· Maintain and update all site execution trackers and follow SOP processes.

· Escalate major issues or delays to seniors as per SOP.

· Ensure safety, cleanliness, and discipline are consistently maintained on-site.

· Conduct daily execution and quality checks.

· Implement work plans and conduct quality tests.

· Monitor material and labour usage.

· Maintain site diary with records and photos.

· Provide feedback to seniors for process and workflow improvements.

· Resolve minor issues within defined timelines or escalate as per SOP.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

· Education: Undergraduate degree preferred.

· Technical Skills: Ability to read AutoCAD drawings; basic computer knowledge.

· Language Skills: Basic English communication (written and verbal).

· Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Previous experience in an interior design firm or similar environment (preferred).
