Sr. Project Manager – Building & Infrastructure Projects

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong technical and construction expertise to oversee building and infrastructure projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing all phases of construction—from planning and execution to completion—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and manage all construction and technical activities for building and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality and other regulatory authorities.
• Manage on-site construction teams, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.
• Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction and project management for building and infrastructure projects in the UAE.
• Must hold a Dubai Municipality license G+12 or G+Unlimited.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, materials, and standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
