Project Manager – Hospitality & Resort Developments(architectural background) role:

We are seeking a qualified Project Manager with an architectural background to manage the delivery of high-profile hospitality and resort projects. The successful candidate will combine strong design knowledge with proven project management expertise, ensuring seamless coordination from concept through construction and final handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project management activities across design and construction phases.
• Coordinate and oversee consultants, contractors, and specialist sub-consultants to ensure design intent and quality are maintained.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and reporting processes.
• Monitor progress, risks, and resources, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, contractual obligations, and regulatory standards.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and act as the primary point of contact for clients and senior leadership.
• Oversee site works, ensuring adherence to safety, sustainability, and quality benchmarks.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (required).
• Master’s Degree in Architecture (preferred, considered an advantage).
• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Strong track record delivering hospitality, resort, or mixed-use developments.
• In-depth knowledge of both design processes and construction execution.
• Demonstrated experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with international operator requirements in the hospitality sector.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is an architect-trained project manager with a structured and proactive approach. They should be capable of balancing design excellence with commercial and operational objectives, ensuring world-class delivery of resort and hospitality projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED30,000.00 - AED45,000.00 per month
