1. Corporate Event Planning & Execution:

  • Corporate Events (Internal & External) planning and execution including overview, key messages and objectives
  • Plan, organize, and manage corporate events, including trade shows, industry conferences, employee engagements, and international days.
  • Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, vendor management, travel arrangements, and event setup to ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee branding, messaging, booth design, and on-ground experience for events and exhibitions.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and forums, enhancing the company’s presence and reputation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align events with corporate goals and deliver memorable, brand-aligned experiences.
  • Organize internal engagement events to boost employee morale.
  • Plan and manage budget for corporate events, ensuring cost-effective planning and execution.
  • Prepare survey and post-event reports (de-brief) if needed with analysis of overall impact.
  • Explore and coordinate sponsorships and speaking opportunities that promote and increase brand visibility.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials and touchpoints.
  • Brand management, Manage and oversee branding efforts across the following area:
  • Exhibitions and events including visual identity, giveaways, and visitors experience.
  • Internal and external branding on terminal, aircraft, airport facilities, check-in counters, and directional signages.
  • Oversee branding for all printed and digital materials or screens (content & design)


2. VIP & External visits coordination:

  • Manage and coordinate VIP visits ensuring protocol
  • Handle all visits request from external entities, ensuring coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare visits agenda and communication material


All responsibilities and plans execution will be done in coordination and under the guidance\direction of the direct manager.


Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Media, or a related field.


Knowledge and Experience:

  • 7 years of professional, with at least 5 years in public relation or communications roles.
  • Preferred experience in the aviation industry.
  • Excellent and professional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills (Arabic & English).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with strategic mindset and attention to detail.
