Sr. QA/QC Engineer

Job Description:

• Maintain and improve Quality of ISO 9001:2015, Health / Safety of ISO 45001:2018 and other quality assurance systems of the company.
• Support operational quality related activities, including view of project quality requirements, ISO 9001 & 45001 certification, materials, method statements, inspection, and test plans.
• Audit our systems based on ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Update our Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, fixes, and improvements.
• Prepare and present reports and metrics to the accountable manager and senior management on the performance of the quality and safety systems.
• Coordinate and assure compliance with the Risk Assessment Plan
• Conduct projects’ internal quality audit inspection, annual health / safety audits
• Monitors implementation of QA processes and plans (Inspection Test Plans and Quality Control Plans)
• Conducts periodic team meetings to ensure alignment with QA process and address issues with QA tools.
• Liaise with departmental managers concerning the correction of any deficiencies highlighted through the quality and safety systems.
• Investigate quality cases to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction.
• Involve in incident and accident investigation and reporting.
• Collect quality data and documentation for trends and root cause analysis for process improvement.
• Review current standards and policies.
• Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation
• Ensure all legal standards are met.
• Communicate with external quality assurance officers during on-site inspections.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Maintain and improve Quality of ISO 9001:2015, Health / Safety of ISO 45001:2018 and other quality assurance systems of the company.
• 5 - 7 years relevant working experiences in Quality and Safety for Construction, M&E and/or Instrumentation and Project Work and familiar with ISO 19001, OHSAS 18001 and Safe Standard
• Certification in standard quality management system preferred.
• Experience in international quality standards such as ISO 9001
• High proficiency in MS Office
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving skills
• Innovative and detail-oriented
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
