Sr. Quantity Surveyor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong MEP expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive commercial experience, technical knowledge, and a proven track record in cost control on large-scale projects, preferably within international environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage MEP project budgets, estimates, and cost reports.
• Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and risk assessments.
• Monitor project expenditures and implement cost control measures.
• Review and negotiate contracts, variations, and claims.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure financial and contractual compliance.
• Prepare and submit interim and final accounts in line with project requirements.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, company policies, and client requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related technical field (preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of quantity surveying experience, with significant MEP exposure.
• Strong commercial and cost control skills.
• Previous experience in international firms is highly advantageous.
• Proven experience in GCC projects.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
