Sr. Quantity Surveyor

Looking for a qualified and experienced Sr. Quantity Surveyor for a High Rise tower Project in Dubai.

Requirement:

• Bachelors or Master degree in Civil Engineer – Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 10 years of experience; with atleast 5 years of experience in high rise building in UAE / GCC – mandatory
• Proven experience in high rise civil and ID works – mandatory
• Strong expertise in cost estimation, proven experience in managing subcontractor valuations, variations, claims, and final accounts
• Proficient in cost control, project forecasting, and coordination with consultants, sub contractors and site teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
