Quantity Surveyor - High Rise and Villa Constructions

We are seeking a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost control, BOQ preparation, budget management, and cost efficiency for high-rise and luxury villa projects. You will work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate project cost estimation and financial control.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on project specifications and drawings.
• Monitor, control, and report on project costs, budgets, and financial performance.
• Evaluate and manage variations, claims, and procurement processes.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure accurate cost estimation and efficient execution of projects.
• Maintain and prepare cost reports and other project-related documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in quantity surveying for high-rise or luxury villa projects.
• Proven experience in cost management for building projects.
• Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, and cost estimating software).
