Sr. Relationship Manager

Job Role: Relationship Manager Select / Senior Relationship Manager Select

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers through leads and referrals from existing clients and family groups.
• Grow the bank’s liability business (CASA / Fixed Deposits) by strengthening relationships with premium customers.
• Cross-sell bank products such as loans, investments, insurance, and other third-party financial products to increase revenue.
• Provide complete banking support to all mapped clients and address their service needs.
• Expand the product mix held by each customer to increase engagement with the bank.
• Regularly meet or call assigned clients for service, sales, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Actively participate in bank campaigns for liabilities and other products.
• Follow all bank processes and maintain high standards of compliance

Education Requirements:

Essential: Graduate / Postgraduate (preferably with exposure to finance).

Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Finance or Commerce.

Work Experience Requirements:

Essential: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the banking industry.

Preferred: At least 2 years of experience as a Relationship Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
