Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Promote and sell Omicron’s range of HVAC and BMS products
- Temperature, humidity, differential pressure, CO₂, and airflow sensors, transmitters, and pressure switches.
- Develop and maintain relationships with leading HVAC consultants, BMS consultants, and system integrators to secure product approvals and specifications.
- Identify new business opportunities through project tracking and consultant engagement.
- Coordinate with internal departments for technical support, quotations, and order fulfilment.
- Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts, project reports, and performance updates.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic business planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Instrumentation / Mechanical / Electrical) or Business Administration.
- MBA in Marketing or related specialization preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in HVAC/BMS or Industrial Automation sales.
- Proven experience working with leading HVAC Consultants and BMS Consultants/System Integrators
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of HVAC and BMS applications in commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
