Sr. Sales Engineer

India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Promote and sell Omicron’s range of HVAC and BMS products
  • Temperature, humidity, differential pressure, CO₂, and airflow sensors, transmitters, and pressure switches.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with leading HVAC consultants, BMS consultants, and system integrators to secure product approvals and specifications.
  • Identify new business opportunities through project tracking and consultant engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for technical support, quotations, and order fulfilment.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts, project reports, and performance updates.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic business planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Instrumentation / Mechanical / Electrical) or Business Administration.
  • MBA in Marketing or related specialization preferred.
  • 5–8 years of experience in HVAC/BMS or Industrial Automation sales.
  • Proven experience working with leading HVAC Consultants and BMS Consultants/System Integrators
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC and BMS applications in commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
