Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Engineer with experience in bi-fold doors, pergolas, aluminum systems, and glazing solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and technical knowledge of these products, enabling them to provide tailored solutions to residential and commercial clients. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell bi-fold doors, pergolas, aluminum systems, and glazing solutions to both residential and commercial clients.
• Conduct site assessments, provide technical advice, and deliver customized product recommendations based on customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service.
• Prepare and present product presentations, quotations, and detailed proposals to clients.
• Collaborate with the design and technical teams to ensure the seamless execution of projects.
• Provide accurate measurements and assist with the planning, installation, and commissioning of systems.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Monitor project timelines, deliveries, and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.
• Generate sales reports, track leads, and maintain CRM software to ensure follow-up and project closure.
• Act as a point of contact for clients during and after the project to resolve any issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, specifically in bi-fold doors, pergolas, aluminum systems, and glazing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of construction materials, specifications, and installation processes for bi-fold doors, pergolas, and glazing systems.
• Strong understanding of the UAE market and customer needs related to architectural products.
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license and be willing to travel as required.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong technical aptitude with a problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Previous experience working with aluminum, glass, and other construction-related products is highly desirable.
• A degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
