Sr. Sales Executive

India

  • Responsible for sale of pumps, systems and parts in for construction segment dealers in Maharashtra and Gujrat region
  • Handle sales inquiries and generate proposal to customers for sale of pumps and spare parts.
  • Initiate the creation of sales leads, follow up on sales opportunities and take ownership to follow up on quotations.
  • Working closely with dealers in building segment to find application possibilities and propose suitable technical solutions.
  • Understand the targeted market potentials by constantly engaging relevant stakeholders
  • Actively review regularly sales plans and activities with General Manager
  • Be accountable for both individual and Company's sales target.
  • Analyse market and establish competitive advantage

Qualifications

  • Candidate with B. E. or a graduate or similar qualification will be preferred.
  • Min. 0-3 years Experience in Pump/Motor/Gear box Industry. Fresher Engineer with willingness for sales training are welcome
  • Willingness for traveling in Maharashtra and some part of Gujrat
  • Experience in CBS (Construction Building Segment), sales in Dealer segment preferable
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
