The Opportunity

We’re seeking a driven and strategic Senior Account Sales Executive to lead outside sales and business development efforts for our air/ocean freight services in the Middle East region.

This is a high-impact, client-facing role — perfect for a self-starter who thrives on building new relationships, capturing market share, and delivering value-driven solutions to global customers.

You’ll represent Priority Worldwide as a consultative logistics partner — identifying opportunities, crafting tailored air and ocean solutions, and aligning with clients whose values and missions match our global focus.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand Priority’s air/ocean freight customer base across key global trade lanes.
  • Proactively prospect, target, and close new business in high-growth verticals (humanitarian, government, defense, aerospace, life sciences, and technology).
  • Conduct in-person client visits and presentations to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, pricing, and compliance teams to design customized, competitive solutions.
  • Negotiate and close complex contracts that deliver long-term value to both the customer and the company.
  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline through CRM (CargoWise), managing opportunities from lead to close.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor movements to identify and seize new business potential.
  • Represent Priority Worldwide at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote our brand and expertise.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience in international freight forwarding (air/ocean freight focus).
  • Proven track record of business development success — generating new accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of air/ocean logistics, international trade, and global supply chain solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with CargoWise or other CRM systems is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary plus uncapped commission on sales — your earning potential is entirely performance-driven.
