Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Sunrise Infra Properties Pvt. Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client inquiries, conducting site visits, and closing property sales for our open plots and real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
• Contact potential clients to present company projects and explain property details.
• Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective buyers.
• Maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
• Participate in property expos, promotional events, and marketing activities.
• Handle customer queries, negotiations, and documentation related to property transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification: 10th/Intermediate / Graduation in any stream.
• Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Two-wheeler and smartphone mandatory (preferred for fieldwork).
