Sr. Sales Executive

Hiring: Sr Sales Executive (Kharadi, Pune)
Experience: 1- 3 Years (Real Estate Background)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Location: Kharadi, Pune

About the Role:
We’re looking for smart, driven, and well-spoken Sr. Sales Executives with prior real estate experience to handle site visits, client follow-ups, and closures for premium residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in and scheduled site visits
• Understand client requirements and offer suitable property solutions
• Regular follow-ups with prospects and active pipeline management
• Coordinate with developers and internal teams for inventory updates and deal support
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1 year and maximum 3 years of experience in real estate sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Presentable and confident in client interactions
• Strong knowledge of Kharadi and East Pune micro-markets is a plus
