We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to lead our digital marketing services sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and overseeing the entire sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and quotas.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive business growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Client Acquisition:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our digital marketing services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Proactively address client concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue from existing clients.
- Team Management:
- Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing sales team.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to develop sales team members.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and challenges.
- Adapt sales strategies to meet evolving market demands.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding quotas.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
