We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to lead our digital marketing services sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and overseeing the entire sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership:
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and quotas.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Client Acquisition:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our digital marketing services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Proactively address client concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue from existing clients.
  • Team Management:
  • Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing sales team.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to develop sales team members.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and challenges.
  • Adapt sales strategies to meet evolving market demands.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding quotas.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: Up to ₹350,000.00 per month
