Sr. Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a B2B Sales Executive who will be responsible for handling IndiaMART leads, converting inquiries into orders, and building long-term relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. The role demands strong communication skills, follow-ups, and target-oriented selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming leads from IndiaMART (calls, messages, emails)
  • Generate new business through IndiaMART portals and outbound calling
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed B2B orders
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM / Excel
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams for order fulfillment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
  • Track market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and MIS

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales (IndiaMART experience mandatory)
  • Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and closures
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
  • Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in e-commerce distribution / FMCG / consumer goods
  • Prior exposure to Amazon/Flipkart seller ecosystem is an added advantage
  • Understanding of GST billing and B2B documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
