Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and convert them into long-term customers.
- Promote and sell Air freight forwarding services to prospective clients.
- Visit clients regularly to understand their logistics needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present competitive quotations and proposals.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular updates to the sales manager.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Track market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of sales experience in shipping / freight forwarding
- Valid driving license is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of logistics services and market pricing
- Good communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
- Ability to achieve targets and work independently
- Air Freight UAE Client database is mandatory
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
Experience:
- UAE Freight forwarding Sales : 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- UAE Driving license (Required)
