Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager for our mandate firm operating in Andheri West and Chembur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving real estate sales, managing client relationships, and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage leads from various sources (referrals, marketing, channel partners etc.).
  • Handle end-to-end sales process including site visits, client meetings, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and brokers.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align strategies.
  • Explore new business opportunities and expand client base.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Proven track record in achieving targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Knowledge of local real estate market trends.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in mandate-based real estate firms.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting systems.
