Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to join our Deccan Gymkhana branch. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for client relationship building, and the drive to meet sales targets in the travel & holidays sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach new corporate and retail clients for travel, holiday, and ancillary services.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and meetings.
• Present company services, prepare proposals, and convert leads into confirmed sales.
• Coordinate with the operations and reservations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Participate in marketing activities, client events, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain records of sales activities and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any stream (Travel, Hospitality, or Marketing background preferred).
• Experience: 1 – 3 years in sales, business development, or client servicing (Travel industry experience is an advantage).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Result-driven and target-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
