Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in assigned territories.
  • Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and retail networks for PVC pipes and fittings.
  • Conduct market visits to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, plumbers, and infrastructure project clients.
  • Execute marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and payment collection.
  • Provide market feedback, sales forecasts, and periodic performance reports to management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing structures, and business ethics.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline (BBA/B.Com/B.Sc. preferred); MBA in Marketing will be an advantage.
  • 4–8 years of sales experience in industry Sales .(PVC pipes, construction materials, or plumbing solutions)
  • Proven track record in dealer/distributor network management.
  • Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and customer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
