In this role, you’ll work hands-on with the Salesforce.com platform—developing VisualForce pages, Apex classes, and creating technical documentation. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore and implement new technologies beyond Salesforce, contributing to broader digital transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and resolve internal requests, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of data resources and technical documentation.
  • Develop and maintain Apex triggers, classes, batch jobs, and other Salesforce components.
  • Enhance and support Salesforce.com and integrated applications.
  • Analyze technical needs for Salesforce and website integrations.
  • Lead design and development of VisualForce and Apex solutions.
  • Facilitate technical architecture meetings and design reviews.
  • Champion best practices for Salesforce and Force.com implementations.
  • Conduct collaborative “whiteboard” sessions with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Deliver high-quality solutions on time and with minimal supervision.
  • Operate independently and proactively to address enhancements and fixes.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
  • Master’s Degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Proven experience with Apex, VisualForce, and Salesforce integrations.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com platform and development tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL, SAS, and reporting systems.
  • Solid web development skills.
  • Familiarity with contract funding, retail/lease origination, and underwriting systems preferred.
