Job Summary:
The Senior Site Engineer (Civil) is responsible for overseeing all civil construction activities on-site, ensuring that work is executed safely, efficiently, and according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules. The role involves supervising site teams, coordinating with subcontractors, maintaining quality control, and ensuring timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily civil works such as excavation, formwork, concreting, masonry, finishing, and structural works.
- Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and structural designs.
- Plan, allocate, and monitor manpower, materials, and equipment on site.
- Coordinate and communicate with consultants, architects, and subcontractors to resolve site issues.
- Ensure all work complies with approved drawings, standards, and safety regulations.
- Monitor work progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports.
- Verify setting-out and leveling works, and ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality compliance (QA/QC).
- Maintain records of inspections, tests, and site correspondence.
- Support the Project Manager in preparing work schedules, progress reports, and billing documentation.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices on site.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Diploma holders with extensive experience may also be considered).
- 6–10 years of experience in civil construction projects (residential, commercial, or infrastructure).
- In-depth knowledge of structural, finishing, and architectural works.
- Familiarity with construction standards, codes, and materials.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools (MS Project / Primavera preferred).
- Strong understanding of QA/QC and site safety procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
