Role Overview:
This role supports the organization in shaping, executing, and monitoring its long-term strategy while ensuring cross-functional alignment and effective performance management. The position requires a professional with strong strategic planning expertise, experience in managing impactful initiatives, and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Long-Term Roadmap

Support the CEO and Head of Strategy in maintaining the 3–5 year corporate strategy, covering product growth, market expansion, and organizational capability.

Translate long-term strategy into annual and quarterly priorities with measurable objectives.

Lead periodic strategy refresh cycles (mid-year reviews, annual resets) to align with emerging opportunities, risks, and performance outcomes.

Conduct in-depth analyses on emerging technologies, competitors, and market dynamics to guide positioning.
Performance Management

Develop and maintain a performance management framework aligned with strategic goals.

Monitor enterprise-wide indicators and ensure alignment with product and business objectives.

Build scorecards and dashboards across product, financial, and organizational dimensions.

Provide variance analyses, trends, and recommendations for corrective actions.
Strategic Governance & Reporting

Establish and support governance forums (management reviews, board packs, steering committees) to track strategic progress.

Deliver executive-level reports highlighting priorities, risks, and outcomes.

Drive transparency and accountability across all strategic initiatives.

Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies proactively.
Cross-Functional Alignment

Align functional priorities with the corporate strategy to ensure unified direction.

Collaborate with PMO to integrate delivery tracking with strategic performance metrics.

Promote a culture of agility, continuous improvement, and long-term thinking.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (required).

3–4 years of experience in strategic planning, performance management, or related fields.

Demonstrated experience managing strategic initiatives in dynamic environments.

Experience in large-scale organizations is preferred.
