Job Purpose:
To design and implement digital transformation strategies that align with organizational and national objectives. This role provides forward-looking advisory services and ensures that initiatives deliver sustainable value to the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive digital transformation strategies and roadmaps.

Conduct assessments of current business and digital capabilities.

Align digital initiatives with organizational goals and national visions.

Evaluate emerging digital trends and recommend innovative solutions.

Design KPIs and performance dashboards for tracking progress.

Support departments in the execution of digital initiatives.

Advise leadership on strategy execution, change management, and innovation adoption.
Qualifications:

Master’s or PhD in Business Administration, Computer Science, or IT-related field.

Minimum of 5 years in digital strategy development (government or transport sector preferred).

Certifications: ITIL Strategic Leader, GPMA, PMP/PRINCE2, Leading Digital Transformation.
