We are seeking experienced Sr. Superintendents to lead field execution on a multi-year program at the forefront of AI infrastructure development.

Project Location & Travel

• The project is located in West Texas, within commuting distance of the Midland–Odessa region
• Midland–Odessa International Air & Space Port (MAF) serves as the primary airport hub for project travel
• Relocation, per diem, housing, and travel support are available for qualifying candidates
• This is a 2–5 year, project-based assignment with long-term stability and continuity

The Role

The Senior Superintendent oversees multiple Superintendents and field teams, ensuring safety excellence, schedule certainty, and quality execution across a campus-scale hyperscale data center program. This role partners closely with Project Executives, Senior Project Managers, and Owners to deliver predictable results across a 2–5 year project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide senior field leadership across multiple buildings or project phases
• Lead and mentor Superintendents and Area Superintendents
• Drive master schedule adherence and milestone delivery
• Enforce industry-leading safety and quality standards
• Resolve high-impact sequencing and field execution challenges
• Coordinate closely with executive project leadership and owners
• Support long-term workforce and subcontractor planning

Qualifications

• 12+ years of superintendent experience on large-scale commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects
• Prior hyperscale data center or mission-critical leadership strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of MEP-intensive construction sequencing
• Proven ability to lead large teams across multi-year programs
• Willingness to commit to a long-term West Texas assignment
